Mr. Richert, a registered architect in four states, carries an NCARB Certification. He has 35 years of experience, 30 of which have been as Principal. He has the authority to sign Contracts and will work with our Project Architect to assign staff to maintain your projects' schedules.EXPERIENCE
Richert & Associates has completed 100's of commercial projects. As either Project Architect or as Principal-in-Charge, Roger Richert was intimately involved on every single project. In 1989, Mr. Richert toured schools in Mainland China by invitation of the Chinese Architectural Society and the Ministry of Science and Education to exchange ideas on educational facility design.
As Principal Architect-in-Charge, Mr. Richert will be involved in direct contact wtih the Client, and involved in programming required with the planning team. While he will be in overall charge of project coordination, he will not be a "figure-head" Principal-in-Charge; clients will alays have direct access to him."EDUCATION

Mr. Huffman, a Registered Architect, has been with our firm for 20 years. He is Past President of the local Chapter of the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI). As Project Architect, Mr. Huffman will oversee the preparation of the contract drawings and specifications. This will include both design and cost estimating. He will orchestrate project planning, consultant activities, and office procedures. He will be on-site frequently for varied activities including a comprehensive facility inventory for any modernization or survey activity.SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Participated in approximately 75% of the Firm's projects; serving as Office and Project Manager. In-Depth experience working with government agencies, such as Building and Planning Departments, H.U.D. and FmHa Offices, Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction, and other project related agencies.
