Welcome to Richert & Associates. Our firm provides a full array of planning and architectural services for private developers and land owners, local school districts and homeowners. The firm was formed in 1974 by Roger R. Richert with the philosophy that our clients deserve and should be assured the professional involvement of the firm's principal in their projects. Roger Richert and the team provide personal commitments to our clients and assures personal responsibility for the firm's projects. Located in Mercer Island, Washington, projects have been built throughout Western Washington and the Pacific Northwest. Previous and current assignments also include work in Florida, Oregon, Idaho and Alaska regions.
